As a professional your instructor follows the Code of Conduct recommended by the industry.

Your instructor has been highly trained and passed strict qualifying examinations of the Driving Standards Agency. 

A CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) check is in place and your instructor will at all times act in a professional manner. 

Every effort will be made to adhere to booked lesson times.  Unavoidable delays due to illness, weather/traffic conditions or mechanical breakdown will be communicated to you as soon as possible and lost time made up at your convenience.

Students will be treated courteously at all times and lessons will be strictly on a one to one basis.
